 Reservations

To ensure your desired appointment date and time, please schedule your appointment with plenty of notice and keep in mind that availability is limited during peak times of the year. You may want to consider scheduling your next appointment at the conclusion of your treatment. You may book an appointment at any time through the online booking service. Arrival Time

Your spa experience at Beauty & Twine should begin with a relaxed state of mind, so I recommend that you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your appointment time. Arriving promptly allows all of my guest to have the full relaxing and luxurious experience that reinvigorates and renews your skin and senses. Unfortunately, tardy arrivals are discouraged and will most likely have to be rescheduled.

Cancellations

Effective January 1, 2022, Beauty & Twine will implement a 24-hour cancellation policy. I understand that life presents challenges and unforeseen circumstances. So, if you must cancel or reschedule your spa reservation, please do so 24-hours before your scheduled appointment via the Beauty and Twine website.

Should a late cancellation or no-show event occur for any facial service appointment, a $50 fee will be imposed. An invoice will be sent via text message. This fee must be paid before the next scheduled spa session. If the appointment can be filled with someone on the waitlist, I am happy to waive the fee.

I will happily take late arrivals. However, the full payment will be charged for the spa services and know that the treatments may be modified according to the remaining time available.

Spa Guest Under the Age of 18

Teenagers between the ages of 13 to 17 may receive facial services and/or facial and arm waxing. Underage clients may not receive waxing services below the waist or advance facial services.

For the safety and comfort of our guests and staff: babies, toddlers, and children should not accompany an adult during service and must be accompanied with another adult if waiting in the outer lobby area. I am happy to reschedule your reservation to a date and time that childcare is secured.

Children ages 17 and under must have a parent or guardian in the spa throughout the duration of their treatment. The client and the parent/guardian must also provide written consent before any services commence.

All guests must keep all conversations to a whisper, as not to disrupt our other clients.
Beauty & Twine reserves the right to terminate any service at any point if it is thought that the child is interrupting other clients’ relaxation.

Special Accommodations

For guest that have ailments, allergies, sensitivities, physical challenges or other health concerns that require special attention including pregnancy, please let me know in advance so that I may arrange for special accommodations. Please note that for the safety of mothers-to-be and baby, facial peels will not be performed on any expectant mom under any circumstances.

Payment and Gratuity

Beauty & Twine accepts debit cards, and all major credit cards, cash will be accepted in exact change only.
Beauty & Twine does NOT accept Spa Finder or Spa Week gift certificates.

Please know that payment is due at the end of service. I encourage you to give your family and friends the gift of relaxation with a Beauty & Twine Gift Card, which is available for purchase in the spa boutique.

Gratuity is not included in the price of the spa service but is warmly appreciated. If you enjoyed your spa experience, a 15-20% gratuity is customary but is always left to the discretion of the guest.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping
Beauty & Twine’s online store ships its products by way of USPS to domestic addresses in the contiguous United States only. Purchases of $100 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped within three business days, and generally arrive within five days. A standard $8.00 shipping and handling fee applies to orders under $100.

Returns
To return a product or products purchased from the Beauty & Twine online store, please send an email to beautytwinespa@gmail.com. You may only return qualifying skincare products purchased from the beautytwinespa.com online store within fourteen days from the date of purchase.

If you return your purchase, then the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund. Please note that the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable on returns. For returns, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping products back to Beauty & Twine.

Returned products must include the original invoice or receipt to be eligible for a refund. Beauty & Wellness items purchased on beautytwinespa.com are non-refundable. Beauty & Twine reserves the right to refuse product returns that do not satisfy the requirements for a refund.
