All services are non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns after your visit, please reach out within 48 hours so we can make it right. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. 

Plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and begin your experience relaxed and on time. If you arrive late I will do my best to accommodate your full service; however your session may need to be shortened to respect the next client's appointment. Arrivals over 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled.

I understand life happens, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for 24 hours advance notice. A $50 fee applies to missed or same-day cancellations and must be paid prior to rebooking. If I'm able to fill your appointment from the waitlist, the fee will be waived.
